Once you have found your dream home, you can indicate to us in various ways that you are interested in renting this home.
On the page of the property you will see a button ‘Interested? Click here’. If you click on this, a new screen will open where you can leave your details. It is immediately clear to the agent which property you are interested in.
You can also send an email directly to info@fourstarapartments.nl with your questions or to show your interest. Please state the address and house number of the property in question.

On the homepage we place the apartments that are available or will be available soon. On the Expat Housing page you can see all the properties in our portfolio.

We state the availability date for each apartment. However, due to our “first come, first serve basis” and the administrative procedures for eligibility, some apartments may cease to be available at the time of your request. We do our best to update all the information on our website in the quickest manner possible.

Most apartments are rented including internet, TV and advance payments for gas, water and electricity. If this is not included in the rent, this will be clearly indicated in the advertisement text. The rent will never include the mandatory local taxes.

For most of the homes that we offer, it is mandatory to apply for a housing permit. With this permit you demonstrate to the municipality of The Hague that your income does not exceed a set limit. This permit is required for homes that fall below 185 points, this is separate from the rent.

If you meet the requirements set by the municipality, we will be happy to help you submit the application for this permit.

As a property manager, we are happy to take care of the concerns of the property owners. We are the point of contact for the tenants and mediate for the owners. In case of problems, we send specialists from our network to the house to solve problems, we also take care of the entire financial settlement of invoicing, reminders and collection.
