General

You register by emailing info@4starapartments.com and receive the latest updates on availability according to your personal criteria. You will be required to complete a standard application form to confirm your eligibility for the property.

We state the availability date for each apartment. However, due to our “first come, first serve basis” and the administrative procedures for eligibility, some apartments may cease to be available at the time of your request. We do our best to update all the information on our website in the quickest manner possible.

Although the rental price includes standard utility bills, it does not include the mandatory annual taxes on utilities (maintenance, sewage) for each resident of the Netherlands.

For general waste, you will find many metal rubbish collection points on most streets. For bottles and plastics, visit your local Albert Heijn supermarket or check for the policy in your area.

Sightseeing in The Hague

Our service team can inform you where you can go for tourist information. Our helpful staff can also give you advice and directions for sightseeing, and help you select restaurants and other suggestions. This was the best rental experience I had in the Netherlands so far. The process was really smooth, check-in and check-out was done in a professional way. Every time I had an issue, they were able to provide a fair solution. In addition I really loved the apartment and the location was perfect (Boekhorststraat). I would recommend it 👌

I stayed Four Star Apartments for a long time and every thing was super cozy and wonderful. The house is close to the beach and it has every thing, such as kitchen utensils, cookers, towels, nice furnitures, and even quiet atmosphere. So the only thing the guests need is to enjoy the staying. Last but not least, the crews are amazingly helpful and kind, especially Tim, the manager of this building should be given 5 stars. Hope all the future guests have a nice time in this 5 star apartments:):)

Ik had een zeer aangenaam verblijf in de studio van Four Star Apartments. Ruime, frisse, moderne studio met leuke meubels, een groot, comfortabel bed; een moderne, ingerichte keuken en een ruime badkamer met inloopdouche. De studio was erg proper. De studio is rustig gelegen op een ideale locatie, in het gezellige oude centrum van Scheveningen, op minder dan 1 minuut wandelen van supermarkten (Jumbo en AH) en leuke (koffie)bars. Ook het strand en de zee liggen op slechts 300m. Overal vlakbij, maar toch rustig en stil. De communicatie met de hostess liep zeer vlot en ik kon zelfs vroeger dan voorzien zelf de studio in, via een handig sleutelkastje aan de gevel. Een aanrader, ik kom zeker nog eens terug!

Fantastic, authentic building and perfect location in walking distance from the beach and boulevard. Clean rooms and good connection the the city centre as well. The host was very kind and helpful and her advice for a walk in the dunes was exactly what we needed. Thank you!
