How can we help you?

Welcome to the tenants page of Four Star Apartments. We are the manager of the property you rent. Do you have questions regarding the rented property or do you want to submit a repair request? Our online environment is available 24/7 so that you can submit your question or repair request and keep you up to date on its status.

If you still want to speak to one of our employees, we will of course be there for you. We can be reached by telephone on working days from 09:00 to 17:00.

Your personal online tenant portal

We like transparency and easy communication. We use an online portal for this. Here you can consult your data about the rented object at any time. All documentation of the property and the agreements made can be found in the tenant portal. The rental agreement, rental invoices, manuals and other matters are stored here. This way you always have all the information at hand.

Problems in the property? Create a Ticket!

If you have a problem in the rented apartment/house, log in to your personal tenant portal. Select Tickets, here you will see an overview of previously created tickets and their status. When you click on ‘Create ticket’ you can choose where the problem is located and what the problem is related to. In many cases you will receive a tip on how to solve the problem yourself, of course you can also search the internet for instructions for your specific situation.

If the solution is not listed and the problem does not fall under the ‘Guidelines on minor repairs’, you can create a ticket. In order to be able to help you quickly and expertly, we ask you to provide as detailed a description as possible of the problem and to add photos and videos.

Urgent !

Can’t your problem wait for the next working day? First create a ticket. Then send a WhatsApp to +31702211244 on all days between 9:00 and 22:00. Please mention in your message your address and tell that you have created a ticket and briefly describe the problem. Your message will be forwarded to the right person.
